Consulting is active in all areas of insolvency, from complex corporate reconstruction and recovery situations, utilising
receiverships, administrations, company voluntary arrangements and liquidations, to personal bankruptcies.
HQ Consulting is based in our Central London office, but takes on assignments nationally.
Our Principals and staff bring substantial skill, experience and innovative thinking to the often challenging
assignments we face. We aim to work with directors, shareholders, lenders, Crown creditors and other stakeholders to develop
survival strategies for companies or businesses in difficulty and to find the optimum solution for all involved. Our main
emphasis is on business rescue and recovery.
Our Approach
We work with
all sizes and types of business but the majority of our cases involve owner-managed businesses. Assignments have included:
- Viability reviews and development of survival strategies for businesses, including proposals for
re-financing
- Negotiations with lenders
- Complex
members voluntary liquidations involving Section 110 restructurings
- Successful
company voluntary arrangements involving the survival of the companies and maximisation of realisations for creditors

- Partnership disputes and the use of
partnership voluntary arrangements

assignments in America and Africa

out of insolvency

also undertake bankruptcy work and assist individuals to achieve negotiated settlements with their creditors in order to avoid
formal bankruptcy.
